Yes. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest with bank-level security. We use access controls, audit logs, and secure cloud infrastructure. Your family's privacy is our top priority - we never sell your data.
The live self-serve release includes one parent profile on the Free plan. Expanded household plans are available separately for families managing care for more than one parent.
Our AI reads your care notes and documents to suggest tasks, generate summaries, and help prepare for doctor visits. Every AI suggestion is shown to you for review before it's saved - you're always in control.
Yes, if they're part of your care team. You control who has access and what role they have - Owner, Editor, or Viewer. Viewers can read but not change anything.
ElderNex is built as a responsive web app that works beautifully on phones, tablets, and desktops. A dedicated mobile app is on our roadmap for later this year.
The Free plan has no contract. If your household has an expanded plan enabled, contact support for plan changes while billing remains managed outside the app.
