• Is ElderNex a medical app?

  No. ElderNex is a care coordination tool for families — not a medical device. Our AI helps you organize information and manage tasks, but it never diagnoses, prescribes treatment, or replaces medical professionals.

• Is my family's data secure?

  Yes. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest with bank-level security. We use access controls, audit logs, and secure cloud infrastructure. Your family's privacy is our top priority — we never sell your data.

• Can I use ElderNex for more than one parent?

  The live self-serve release includes one parent profile on the Free plan. Expanded household plans are available separately for families managing care for more than one parent.

• How does the AI work?

  Our AI reads your care notes and documents to suggest tasks, generate summaries, and help prepare for doctor visits. Every AI suggestion is shown to you for review before it's saved — you're always in control.

• Can my siblings see everything I add?

  Yes, if they're part of your care team. You control who has access and what role they have — Owner, Editor, or Viewer. Viewers can read but not change anything.

• Is there a mobile app?

  ElderNex is built as a responsive web app that works beautifully on phones, tablets, and desktops. A dedicated mobile app is on our roadmap for later this year.

• Can I cancel anytime?

  The Free plan has no contract. If your household has an expanded plan enabled, contact support for plan changes while billing remains managed outside the app.
